We would like to express our gratitude to Foundations Community Partnership for their continued support of NAMI Bucks County, PA. This year, we recieved a grant to work with the Catalyst Center For Nonprofit Management for strategic planning. This support is crucial to our development and continued success in fulfilling our mission. Thank you to Ron Bernstein and the wonderful people at FCP!

More than $165,000 in grant funding has been awarded by Foundations Community Partnership’s (FCP) Board of Directors to benefit 21 Bucks County non-profit organizations and the families they support. The grant program is an integral part of Foundations’ mission to improve the lives of under-served youth and their families in Bucks County. The grants included ten Bucks Innovation and Improvement Grants (BIIG), eight Capital Improvement Grants and three Technical Assistance grants.

BIIG grants support organizations that are developing innovative ideas to improve the quality of life for children, youth, and families in Bucks County. Capital Improvement Grants support non-profit organizations’ capital campaigns, including structural improvements to a facility (bricks & mortar, such as new buildings or addition to existing buildings), or extensive renovation or addition of durable equipment to an existing structure. Technical Assistance grants are for specific work plans developed with a local non-profit technical assistance organization.

“We are pleased to support the efforts of so many Bucks County non-profits that are serving the needs of our community,” says Karen Lasorda, Chair, FCP Board of Directors.
