Our 6th Annual Stride for Mental Health Awareness is right around the corner! This years event will be held May 16, 2020 from 1pm – 4pm at Warminster Community Park (via the Special Events entrance at 350 E. Bristol Road) in Warminster, PA. We walk to raise awareness, to end the stigma that surrounds mental health, and to raise the funds necessary to support our education and support program expansion throughout Bucks County. There is help, there is hope, and until there’s a cure, there’s NAMI!
WALK KICKOFF LUNCHEON
Team Captains and Sponsors are invited to join us for our first ever NAMI Stride Kickoff at Maggio’s Ballroom from 1-3pm on Sunday, March 1st! You must be a Team Captain or Sponsor to RSVP here. We don’t just walk for mental health, we make STRIDES!

NAMI promises to build better lives for all Bucks County residents affected by mental illness.
Because mental illness impacts the lives of 1 in 4 adults and 1 in 5 teens, NAMI will work every day to save every life.
Hundreds of supporters of the NAMI Stride are the face and voice of our mental health movement—peers, families, coworkers, and businesses come together to celebrate mental health recovery, honor those who have lost their lives to mental illness, and to help raise funds, eliminate stigma, and promote awareness.
NAMI stays focused on educating Bucks County about mental health. We are an association of local individuals and families who work in the community to raise awareness and provide support and education that was not previously available to those in need. We currently hold 35 support groups throughout the county.
NAMI is the largest grassroots mental health organization and is a lifesaver to many, offering help, hope, and information to everyone affected by mental illness. NAMI members and leaders are visible, formidable advocates, owning a well-earned reputation for taking on hard battles and winning them, ensuring a national commitment to research as well as access to services and treatment that promote recovery.
