Thank you for considering a gift to NAMI Bucks County so that we may rise to the challenge of the coming mental health wave of the pandemic. It is only with your contribution that we will be afforded the honor and privilege of offering this level of support, over 100 groups and programs each month, as our capacity is only limited to the fiscal health of our organization. Help us to help individuals recognize that there is help, that we can get through these challenging times together, and that hope is not canceled in Bucks County. Any amount will help, and we thank you in advance for your continued support!

In 2020, your contributions helped us to provide 8,883 hours of support, education, advocacy and awareness to 34,400 program participants in the following ways:
NAMI Bucks County has been called upon to implement an unprecedented number of support, awareness and wellness programs to support the needs of individuals and famlies impacted by mental illness and those newly impacted by the mental health struggles brought about by COVID-19.
Prior to the start of the stay-at-home orders, we provided recovery-focused programming to 581 individuals in person in the community and in the Bucks County Correctional Facility. We were then faced with a decision none of us wanted to make: to suspend our programs or take them online. We took them online, and added more groups, events, activities, and virtual programs as the need and demand grew.
Since March 14, 2020, we’ve provided 8,184 participants with over 500 support groups led by 28 trained facilitators. We’ve held 21 virtual and hybrid events that reached 4,237 viewers and participants. We took our NAMI Peer-to-Peer and NAMI Family-to-Family classes online along with our NAMI Ending the Silence presentations that reached a total of 4,501 participants. All this while we answered 16,897 NAMI HelpLine calls and messages via our website and social media.
