About NAMI Family-to-Family
NAMI Family-to-Family is an 8-session course that offers insight into the impact mental health conditions have on the entire family. The curriculum helps you as a family member learn a wide range of biomedical information and understand how these conditions affect your loved one. It combats stigma and promotes healing. You will improve your self-care and communication skills, learn problem-solving techniques and how to better advocate for your family member.
About NAMI Peer-to-Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is an 8-session mental health, wellness, and recovery program open to any adult (18+) with a mental health condition. It provides you with education, skills, and support to enhance your life. You will learn how to strengthen relationships, balance changing health care needs and better understand your own mental health and recovery. This course is facilitated by a team of trained peers who make mental health and wellness a priority in their daily lives. They share information, facilitate discussions and teach participants new skills that lead to self-awareness and personal growth.
About NAMI Provider
NAMI Provider is a 4-hour seminar for staff at facilities providing mental health treatment services. It introduces audiences to the unique perspectives of individuals affected by mental health conditions and to the importance of a culturally sensitive, collaborative approach to treatment. The curriculum consists of short lectures, group discussions and group exercises, and is typically provided at the health care organization’s location or site of choice.
