Find Help, Find Hope!

Coping Skills: Art and Humor

“I started drawing as a way to process my anxiety and panic attacks…to try to poke fun at it a little and take the seriousness out of something I’ve struggled with my whole life. I hope some of it resonates with you.

Anxiety, depression, panic can be very isolating and I want to create content to help people talk about what they’re going through and maybe laugh at it a little. Because it is really ridiculous when you think about it.

Anyway, you’re not alone! You’ll get through it!
