Jamie Gairo is an experienced coach, consultant, speaker, researcher and adjunct professor, with a special focus on leadership development, succession management, emotional intelligence, and appreciative inquiry. For 20 years, Jamie has helped organizations cultivate transformative leaders who make a meaningful impact on the people with whom they work and the organizations they serve through her boutique consulting firm. She creates customized programs based on the unique needs of her clients and never takes a one-size-fits-all approach. Jamie has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors and is frequently engaged by diverse corporate clients in a wide range of global businesses. In addition to helping organizations achieve their vision by cultivating the next generation of high impact, mission driven leaders, Jamie is also on the adjunct faculty at Rider University teaching Leadership & Management courses. She also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Bucks County PA. In her free time, Jamie enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children.
